iOS: Getting started with a new habit is never easy, but if you're looking for a simple way to track what you're doing and get reminders, Daily is an app that keeps it simple.
To set up a new task, hit the "+" sign and add a task you want to turn into a habit. When you complete the task for the day, tap on the circle to say you did it. If you miss a day, Daily resets the counter and you have to start all over again. It's simple, but if you want to stick to a new habit and keep track of what you're doing, daily does the job.
